A Treble & A Welcome Return

On Saturday the team celebrated a great day at the office, sending out five runners with three winners and two seconds returning home!

Robin Roe is welcomed back after a stay at NEH

At Bangor the day got off to a great start with Tim Radford’s Some Invitation winning the 2m3f novices’ hurdle by an impressive 10 lengths. Later on in the afternoon Atlantic Storm was a ready winner of the handicap hurdle for Masterson Holdings Ltd, and Seelateralligator rounded the day off well when scoring in the mares’ bumper by 4l for owner-breeder Michael Fennessy. Sam Red & Rene’s Girl both ran really nicely in their respective races at Bangor and Stratford to both finish second.
The horses continued to show their good form when all three of our Sunday runners also finished in the frame.
In other news we were delighted to welcome Robin Roe home from Newmarket Equine Hospital. He has been on a period of box rest after injuring himself in a fall in the Challow Hurdle, but after some great care and the hard work of the vets & staff at NEH he is now making his way along the road to recovery!
