Highclere Visit

This morning we were delighted to welcome a group of owners from Highclere Thoroughbred Racing to visit their mares Whatduhavtoget and new recruit Cabaret Queen.
Despite it being a bit of a murky morning, the owners got plenty of opportunity to see their girls in action on the gallops. Both are very promising and lovely looking mares, and we are looking forward to seeing Whatduhavtoget back on the track shortly as she holds entries at Market Rasen on Sunday and Taunton.
With two runners declared for tomorrow’s meeting at Kelso, it means an overnight trip for the horses who left shortly before lunch today. Al Reesha runs in the opening novices’ hurdle and Born Survivor faces three rivals in the Morebattle Hurdle.
